ABOUT

What Makes Us Different

We are committed to quality sharpening practices.

We pride ourselves in the level of care we deliver and the willingness to share knowledge and educate our clients so they can buy less frequently and do more longer with the tools they have.

Our Team

Bob and Lacey Verbik

Husband and wife team, Bob and Lacey are proud to own and operate this small business and love being a part of the Hendricks County community.

In this busy age of technology, we enjoy offering an “old fashioned” level of service to our customers and helping them preserve and continue to benefit from the tools they have. Every service we perform is as personal as the blade and the story it carries with it. We’re honored to do this work and we’re grateful for your trust and confidence.

Mack the Knife

If you’re a dog lover, like us, ask to meet Mack the Knife, our Indy Edge Works mascot, next time you stop by the studio. He’s the sharpest dog in town and always ready to meet new friends.

Community

We love to give back to the community. We asked ourselves this question…What if those who are doing good, could do it better, faster and with less effort? Sharp tools perform better and therefore we can do MORE good with them.

We currently donate sharpening service for the Cathedral Kitchen at SS. Peter and Paul Cathedral. They serve 3200 meals a week to those most in need in our community. We recently partnered with Second Helpings of Indianapolis to support their mission to eliminate hunger and empower people.

Who do you know that does good work and could benefit from sharper tools? Tell us here.
